IPL helped control vicious-cycle flushing a great deal initially, but as has been mentioned by other posters, is extremely expensive in the medium to long term. It seems to me that if you don't keep topped up with another treatment at least every six months, you start to really lose the benefits.

Well i only had a test patch done, i have constantly red rosy cheeks and the laser took away 90% of the redness from the treated area.
NB,
This was the "old type" pulse dye laser, not the newerv-beam laser, so i had bruising for 10 days....

Had good results on cheeks and nose after first treatment. Nurse will do 4 treatments and Bitter will do #5. Slight pain reduction also....

Ocular Rosacea improved 50-60%. Dr. Nielson said I was worst ocular patient he has seen. He was also amazed at the results following surgery. Burning pain gone. No blushing/flushing....
