Rosacea / flushing / facial redness treatment report from: Sally Ann

Would they recommend this: Yes

TreatmentType: Lumenis One, view reports of all Lumenis One treatments

Details: I have just had my fourth treatment with Dr Crouch at the Burghley Park Clinic and i am absolutely thrilled with the results so far. Having had this condition for around the 10 year mark and trying to accept the fact that there was no effective treatment for it, i can categorically say that there is! There wasn't the option of YAG laser on the drop down menu of this site so i ticked Lumenis 1 as that is the other main alternative to the YAG that is used for rosacea and it available, amongst others, at Burghley Park. My condition was predominantly daily flushing and hypersensitivity and as the Gemini YAG has the ability to get deep into the skin to target the feeder vessels, it has worked fantastically well on those symptoms, to the point where i am no longer in chronic pain. I thought i would update at this stage as i have just been introduced to a fellow rosacean at the clinic who is getting exactly the same results as myself and i want everyone to know there is a viable treatment option out there, and available now. I ticked number 9 on the scale as at this point i cannot say i am 'cured', however i fully expect to return within the next six months and update ticking the '10'. My treatment reports can be found at The Rosacea Forum, this being the link for report number one; http://forum.rosaceagroup.org/viewtopic.php?t=1302
