Rosacea / flushing / facial redness treatment report from: Dave Kelton Would they recommend this: Yes TreatmentType: Photoderm, view reports of all Photoderm treatments Details: In July of 2005 I received five treatments for rosacea from Aesthetic Medicine in Portland, Oregon. I am very pleased with the results in the elimination of visible blood vessels on my cheeks, chin and especially my nose. Due to Dr. Darm's technique and his profession staff, I was able to take a treatment every other day that reduced the time I had to be away from home and also lessened the financial burden of staying in Portland. Special thanks to Debbie who came in on her day off to give me a treatment. The five treatments did not significantly reduce my overall redness, but in my initial conference with Dr. Darm, I was informed that at least ten to fifteen treatments would be necessary and perhaps even more to get the desired results since each individual case is different. I am happy to say that I have less burning, itching, and redness when exercising, being exposed to very warm temperatures inside or outside or when drinking an alcoholic beverage. I strongly recommend Aesthetic Medicine and will be returning when financially able to do so. Thanks Dr. Nase for recommending Dr. Darm.
